1.) Cookies

2.) Collection and processing of personal data from active applicants
Personal data from active applicants is only collected, stored and processed if you actively provide it to perso-screen UG as part of an application or via the contact form.
In this case, perso-screen UG is obliged to comply with the fundamental principles of data protection in accordance with Art. 5 GDPR.
This means that personal data is only collected with your express permission (“permission reservation”); the data is collected and stored exclusively for the approved purpose (“purpose limitation”); only data that is required for the permitted purpose is collected (“data minimization”); the data is stored on storage media that are protected as best as possible against misuse and loss and comply with legal requirements (“data security”); the data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the approved purpose or the person concerned revokes their consent (“storage limitation”).
In concrete terms, this means:
a) perso-screen UG only stores and processes data that is required for the services offered, their implementation or for technical administration. This is basically your personal information (including name, address, telephone, email, date of birth, data and documents on your professional career, CV, certificates as well as data and information on your career goals, desired position, industry, salary details) or your company contact details if you contact us as a potential customer.
b) Your data is only passed on within the framework of specific projects and only to authorized persons on the customer or applicant side. Applicants are fully informed about the transfer before each individual transfer (customer, contact person, project, etc.) and of course have the right in each individual case not to consent to the transfer. Transfer without your knowledge does not take place.
c) perso-screen UG does not plan to send newsletters or other non-specific email communication with applicants and candidates in the context of which personal data is collected and processed. If such or similar communication measures take place in the future, they will only be carried out on the basis of documented consent from the recipient, which can be revoked at any time.
d) The applicant data and applicant communication are generally stored for the duration of the recruitment process and for reasons of securing evidence until 6 months after the end of the project. However, applicants and candidates have the option of authorizing perso-screen UG to permanently store the data.
If the data is permanently stored, perso-screen UG will consult with the applicant or candidate before the end of 24 months at the latest to determine whether there is still interest in storing the data and ask for an extension of the permission.
The period of 24 months is chosen because this is usually the necessary period of time to be estimated in the context of a professional reorientation. If an applicant or candidate only wants to give their consent to data processing for a specific recruitment project, the consent is given for a period of 6 months.
3.) Collection and processing of personal data in active research
perso-screen UG carries out "active research" for potential candidates, including on career networks.
The research is carried out only and exclusively in the "publicly accessible area" released by users of career networks.
If interesting candidates are identified here, perso-screen UG may contact them. During this initial contact, perso-screen UG clearly states their identity and interest and the candidate has the option of choosing whether or not they want to disclose further information to perso-screen UG in addition to the publicly accessible data (name, company, place of work, job title).
If a candidate is interested in the position to be filled and/or in working with perso-screen UG, the candidate or applicant will be sent the perso-screen UG data protection declaration. Only if the candidate expressly agrees to the storage and processing of his data to the extent described therein, will perso-screen UG process this data in accordance with the consent. Clause 2 applies accordingly.
If a candidate is not interested in the specific position to be filled, but is interested in working with perso-screen UG in principle, he will also be asked for consent to the storage/processing of his personal data. Clause 2 applies accordingly.
If a candidate is not interested in working with perso-screen UG in principle, this will of course be accepted by perso-csreen UG and no further contact will be made for the respective project.
Only in exceptional cases, in which initial contact with the candidate is not possible, will the data be stored or processed without express consent. In these cases, perso-screen UG assumes that the processing of the data is in the interest of the person concerned in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1, Letter (f) GDPR, at least until it is clarified whether there is interest. Information of the candidate, which is also not possible at this time, will initially be refrained from and the procedure is hereby made transparent and thus publicly accessible on the website in accordance with Art. 14 Paragraph 5 Letter (b) GDPR.
4.) Rights of the data owners
As the owner of the personal data processed by perso-screen UG, you are entitled to extensive rights in accordance with Art. 12 to Art. 23 GDPR. The following rights are particularly relevant for you:
a) Applicants and candidates can of course object to the storage of their data and documents at any time, revoke consent already given and request deletion.
The data will also be deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.
b) Upon request, applicants and candidates will receive information about all personal data that perso-screnn UG has stored about them, as well as their origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data was passed on and the purpose of storage.
c) It is possible at any time to correct any incorrect or outdated data and/or bring it up to date.
Communication on the Internet (including via email) can have security gaps. However, perso-screen UG does its utmost to protect your data. The website and other systems, but in particular personal data of customers, candidates and applicants, are protected by all reasonable technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution by unauthorized persons. Access to your data records is only permitted to employees of perso-screen UG or other authorized persons by way of contract data processing and is protected by suitable passwords.
